Helicopter Crashes at Private Airport in Hogan’s Corner

Hogan’s Corner, WA – A two-person helicopter has crashed at a small airstrip near Hogan’s Corner.
A person on scene tells us that the occupants were out of the helicopter and being tended to by aid crews shortly after the incident.
The Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Department says the 76-year-old man piloting the copter and a 51-year-old woman passenger had no obvious injuries. They had flown from Forest Grove, Ore., Friday morning for clam digging on the Washington coast.
The airport has been private access for more than ten years, however the landing strip is still visible from above.
