Accident West of Hoquiam Sends One to Hospital

HOQUIAM, Wash. – The State Patrol says failure to yield the right of way was the cause of a head-on collision yesterday afternoon on State Route 109, 10 miles West of Hoquiam. A 47 year old Centralia man was transported to Community Hospital with undisclosed injuries, after a 75 year old Hoquiam man attempted to turn into a private driveway in front him.
