THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SEATTLE HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...ABERDEEN AND HOQUIAM.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR BETWEEN 9 AM
  AND 1 PM PST TODAY.

* WIND...WILL INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
  AS HIGH AS 55 MPH THIS MORNING AND THEN DIMINISH DURING THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...THE STRONG WINDS COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED POWER OUTAGES
  AND SNAP TREE BRANCHES.

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 39 MPH OR
GUSTS OF 45 TO 57 MPH ARE LIKELY.
