Aberdeen Fire Chief Dave Carlberg Announces Retirement

ABERDEEN, Wash. – The City of Aberdeen will be looking for a new Fire Chief this fall, Mayor Bill Simpson made the announcement last night that Chief Dave Carlberg will retire at the end of September.

Dave CarlbergThe Mayor said during last night’s city council meeting “I am very pleased with the work that you have done with our department, I want you to know that, you will be missed.”
Chief Carlberg announced his support for Battalion Chief Tom Hubbard as his replacement.
