Two Arrested After Vehicle Prowl in Hoquiam

HOQUIAM, Wash. – The investigation into a vehicle prowl complaint led to two arrests this week in Hoquiam. Detective Seargent Shane Krohn tells us around 10 Monday morning, a 20 year old Hoquiam woman told officers that her purse had been stolen from her vehicle overnight.
Investigators reviewed video surveillance of a local store after one of the credit cards failed to work. Krohn tells us that led investigators to multiple suspects. A search warrant on the home of one located the woman’s purse, but not it’s contents.
A 24 year old Hoquiam man was arrested for attempted theft and possession of stolen property, a 25 year old Taholah man also arrested on related charges.
