Home(work) For The Holidays

HOQUIAM, Wash. – As Grays Harbor’s students head home today for winter break, some will have very important homework for the holidays. “The makeups, for those students that did not pass the End of Course exams begins once we get back from winter vacation. So they are issuing these homework packets for kids, to better prepare the kids to take that test and pass that test.”
School Superintendent Mike Parker told the school board last night High School Principal Jaime Huizinga worked with staff to create the homework packets, students have to pass the state tests before they can graduate.
