PUD Votes to Pay Spradlin, Avoid Further Litigation

ABERDEEN, Wash. – Grays Harbor PUD Board Members voted unanimously Monday night to pay Tim Spradlin of Spradlin Rock. Council President Russ Skolrood said after an executive session “I don’t think at this point it does any good to say good, bad, or indifferent. We just need to come to a decision, my decision would be to follow through and pay.”
Spradlin said, aside from paying a few bills “We are going to reestablish our good name back in the community.” To date, the PUD says they have paid over $2.5 million for the work Spradlin Rock conducted in the wake of the 2007 storm.
