Aberdeen School Board Leaves Staffing Issue to Super

ABERDEEN, Wash. – The Aberdeen School District this week decided to leave a bullying issue to the Super “The board is going to request that the Superintendent and staff complete the investigation, and then the board is going to authorize the Superintendent to take whatever action that he deems necessary to resolve the issue.”
School Board President Doug Smith said the board discussed procedure during an executive session, and felt comfortable leaving the matter to Superintendent Tom Opstad. Opstad said his staff was still investigating allegations of bullying made against a coach at Aberdeen High School.
