AYP Shows Aberdeen Up Slightly, Hoquiam Down

ABERDEEN, Wash. – Adequate Yearly Progress reports released yesterday show Aberdeen schools inching forward and Hoquiam loosing ground. The federal report, shows Aberdeen School District up 4 tenths of a percent with 62.7% for last year, Hoquiam fell from 81% AYP for the previous school year to 67.3% for last year. The State Summary shows Washington fell overall from 63.1 to 62.2%.
