ABERDEEN, Wash. – A Homeowner off of Highway 12 was almost struck by a driver asleep at the wheel last night. The Washington State Patrol tells us a 20 year old Elma man was headed Eastbound in a 2001 Saturn when the vehicle left the road in Central Park, struck a mailbox, nearly hit a homeowner, and embedded itself in the side of the home. No one was injured just after 9 last night. The State Patrol tells KBKW charges may be brought up, pending an investigation.
