While she is in Westport, the Lady Washington will open to the public on these dates and times: 12/15, 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.; 12/16, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. In addition, members of the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport Board will accept donations for Coastal Harvest, formerly the Grays Harbor Food Bank, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 16 at the vessel’s berth.
On Dec. 17, Lady Washington will sail for Aberdeen Landing, 701 East Heron Street in Aberdeen. She will open for public walk-on tours on these dates and times: 12/17, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.; 12/18, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.; 12/19-20, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Dec. 18, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., GHHSA board members will be on hand again to accept donations for Coastal Harvest.
Lady Washington will also take guests on three-hour Adventure Sails Dec. 19 and 20. Adventure Sails feature demonstrations of tall ship handling, a sea shanty, and an opportunity for guests to help sail Lady Washington.
